Patterned Design Development
A rich design service weaving together spatial planning, material selection, furniture curation, colour composition, lighting design, and 3D visualisation. Each element is chosen for its contribution to a cohesive, culturally considered whole. Includes two revision sessions and a full specification document. For residential and commercial interiors. Timeline of 6–10 weeks.
This is our most comprehensive design service — the right choice for clients who want to see and understand the design in full before committing to any building or purchasing decisions.

Weaving It Together
Project coordination from renovation through styling — sourcing materials, managing trades, conducting site reviews, and finalising furniture and decor arrangement. Ensures every thread of the design is faithfully translated into reality. For clients who appreciate careful, consistent execution. Duration of 8–14 weeks.
This service is typically taken after Design Development — we coordinate the built process using the specification document as our guide, keeping you informed at each stage without requiring you to manage contractors directly.
